In a world still ruled by empires, Earth has reached out towards the stars. Colonies have been established on the moon and Mars, and all-purpose human-piloted mecha are just part of day-to-day life. The human race is on the way to making its impression on the galaxy…
Sadly, they have attracted the attention of the Milky Way Syndicate, a powerful interstellar crime ring. The Darkshot gang, led by Elias Blackthorn, have set their sights on enslaving our blue planet and selling off its remains to the highest bidder. Blackthorn offers the Earth the chance to surrender peacefully, but they refuse, and the alien crime lord promises to wipe the planet’s history from existence.
And so it falls upon the mysterious Brigadier G and his secret headquarters, Sub-Camelot, to produce super-soldiers to combat this threat from beyond the stars. They experiment with mystical Athzeron radiation, which goes wild and bonds with people all over England. Five of these youths are gathered and trained to fight, using high tech weapons and chain-mail armour, they become England’s superhuman fighting force: Royal Sentai Angloman!
Scott, with the power of fire, is Anglo Red!
Beth, with the power of super-speed, is Anglo Yellow!
Rowan, with the power of water, is Anglo Blue!
Ivy, with the power of air, is Anglo Pink!
Alan, with the power of super strength, is Anglo Black!
Together, these five amazing young people are the last line of defence between Earth and the Darkshot gang…

“Ah, Scott, glad I could contact you,” said the voice of Caster. “You have weapons of your own. Summon your sword by sending a mental message through your helmet back to Sub-Camelot. We’re trans-mat it right to you from Anglobase.”
“You’re a diamond,” Red chuckled and put the com back in its holding. He looked up and rolled aside just in time to avoid another sweep from Ketamax’s claymore. He didn’t even realise he’d made the command when his gloved fist lit up with red light. As Ketamax attacked yet again, Red raised his hands to defend himself…and a new sword blocked the Zacalibur. It was silver and gold, with a ruby-encrusted hilt and a glistening blade like an arming sword. The word ‘ARTHUR’ flashed on and off of the inside of Red’s visor for several seconds. He shoved Ketamax away from him and stood up, his body moving on its own as he expertly swung the sword in the air and held it tightly in both hands.
“Arthur!” he announced.
“We’ll see who the superior swordsman, is then,” Ketamax said, excited at the prospect, and they duelled.
Pink dodged left and right to avoid Deltra, who was swinging at her with a scythe. She and the others had received the same message as Red, but her enemy kept her too occupied to send her the mental command. Suddenly, a green-suited Apostle was thrown into Deltra and they both crashed to the ground. Pink breathed a grateful sigh of relief and raised her right arm. Her glove glowed with light as something resembling a small crossbow appeared over it.
“Bedivere!” she announced, and aimed her wrist-bow at the struggling Deltra. A grip with a trigger mechanism had formed across her palm, and her fingers wrapped around it perfectly. A pink arrow shot out and struck the Apostle and Deltra, atomising one and tossing the other into the air. The auburn-haired girl landed hard on her back. Her suit was torn in several places, and in disgust, she tore it off, revealing a body-hugging black cat-suit underneath. A short, purple scarf hung around her neck.
“Okay, let’s get down to the nitty-gritty,” Deltra scowled. “Bring it, pinkie.”
She raised her arm to reveal a silver tube attached to her glove. Much like Pink’s crossbow, a trigger mechanism crossed her palm, and a black cable extended from the back of the tube towards a silver power pack on the side of her belt. Deltra squeezed the trigger and an orange ball of light shot out. Pink cart-wheeled out of the way, allowing the ball to destroy a chunk of pavement behind her. That had been far too close for comfort.
Righting herself, the pink Angloman fired off several arrows from Bedivere. One struck Deltra in the shoulder. The alien woman screamed and held her arm, biting back pain as purple blood leaked from her wound.
“You bitch…” she spat, “…I’ll cut you into little pieces!” With a roar, she lifted her scythe and charged.

Happy 2nd Anniversary tokuAsia!!!
Quoted from Basil:
“Time has gotch wings.”
Yeap! How time flies. It looks like it was only yesterday (just exaggerating) when #TPC started out humbly with less then 10 members in mIRC 7 years back. The surviving members of that channel are now the heads of the tokuAsian community. Namely, Basil, Gareth and Jiahua, and lastly myself.
Back then, we were only a small group of people who liked Tokusatsu and fan fiction writing, and chatting in the mIRC channel. One year later saw a MSN group called TPC Studios created for our fan fictions. After that, Basil and I joined the popular Japan Hero Access forums and posted our fan fictions there. We got to know a bunch of great dudes there like Sephiroth, Scotty, Ninjan, scikaiju, the second, Rider Zero and many many more, who are now also part of the tokuAsian community.
Thanks to them for supporting us!
I have to admit that 2007 was a slow year though, for tokuAsia as many members were either involved in their major exams or working. But I thought everything was still great. The movie posters that Huang did, the cool Kamen Rider Gattack vs DekaBreak mini videos that was produced by Van and such.
The end of 2007, however proves to be a busy period for us, as we are not only busy with the preparation of the buffet that will be on the 24th of November. After the buffet, there will be the Miyauchi Awards 07, held for the first time at tokuAsia. This, I believe, has to be one of the largest forum events in the online Tokusatsu forums, and tokuAsia is proud to be able to host the event this year. The awards this year, will not be an event with nothing. Our forum resident ultra kenn is now in the process of designing small avatars for winners of the awards. These avatars, will be ‘presented to the winner of each award’ in the forum. The winner can put the avatar as one of his/her signatures at tokuAsia or at other forums that he/she is active in.
December will be another busy month for the local members, as there will be a X’mas gathering, and a New Year Eve Countdown outing on 31st December. And of course, the Miyauchi Awards 07 will be held in December too.
Quote from Basil again:
“When u see a forum grow for 2 years, its hard work and nothing else.”
Now that we are into our second year, I believe we can go on for many more years as I believe in the residents of tokuAsia.
Happy 2nd Anniversary tokuAsia!!!
Rock on! tokuAsians!!!
